Myride Middle East DMCC (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”, “WE”, “US”) is a licensed E-Commerce/E-Market place Located in Mazaya Business avenue JLT, Dubai, UAE. Having the P.O BOX 211860 The following are the terms of use which are the legal agreement that governs the use of the Site (hereinafter called as the "Terms and Conditions") and/or use of any services (hereinafter called as the "Services") directly or indirectly provided by the Site. By using the Site and/or Services you (the registered user or the guest, hereinafter called as the “Customer” or “You”) expressly agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and conditions of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms. The Company may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect including but not limited to its terms and conditions of the site at any time. The Company may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or some sections of the Site.

Online Payment Policy:

Any person paying online should use their own personal credit or debit cards. If not, then the service may not be awarded.

Understanding:

The Site is an online portal where suppliers list their products such as Helicopters for tours and charter, Yachts for charter, Vehicle for rent and limo/chauffeur services. All the information, Photos and content regarding the specific product is directly or indirectly provided by the supplier on the portal. The supplier is the only party responsible for the content of the product and not operating Site. By using the Services, the Customer expressly agrees and accepts that the Customer enters into a direct contractual relationship with supplying Companies. The Customer also accepts and agrees with all terms and conditions of a supplying company along with the Site company. The customer understands that any terms and conditions of the supplying company is surpassing the terms and conditions listed and provided by the Site company. All information about products that are posted on the Site is provided to us by the supplying Companies and they are fully responsible for updating all the information such as availability of Vessels, rates, pictures of products and other information regarding their products being listed on the site. Myride Middle East DMCC is not the owner, operator, broker, manager, repairer, insurer, renter, licensor of any of the Vessels and CharterClick possesses no legal interest in any of the Vessels listed on the Site. The company responsibilities are strictly limited to: facilitating the availability of the Site and serving in the limited capacity as a pay agent of each Supplying Company for the purpose of accepting payments from Customer on behalf of the Charter Company. If You do not agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, You are not authorized to access the Site.

Helicopters:

Documents:

Due to the official regulation by the UAE government, all passengers need to present a valid ID at the time of check-in prior to the charter/tour in helicopter.

Check-in

Passengers should arrive 1 hour before the flight for check-in.

Late Arrival:

In situation a passenger arrives late to for their tour and not within the required timing, the flight may be cancelled and the amount non-refundable. The booking supplying company’s management has the final decision-making authority at this situation.

Children:

Due to GCAA regulations, children below the age of 2 years old are NOT ALLOWED to fly on the tours/charter by helicopters.

Weight and Balance:

Passengers' weight will be checked prior to their flight due do helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.

Dress Code:

Clients are recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed. Due to headphone use, earrings can be worn at the passenger’s sole risk.

Passenger and Baggage Safety and Security:

Passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage / large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Photography and Video Shooting:

Due to security policies, HD camcorders or cameras with telephoto lens greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless proper written approvals, issued by the Dubai authorities are presented to supplying authorities. Casual tourist photography and video is allowed. The Pilot has the final authority.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client. Flights can be re-scheduled as agreed, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

Cancelation coming from the client:

Once a booking is made and wished to be cancelled, a flat 3% of the amount paid is applicable as an administrative cost.

  • Over 48 hours in advance No charges applied
  • Less than 48 hours in advance 50% of booked cost will be charged
  • Less than 24 hours in advance 100% of booked cost will be charged

Any refund process may take up to 21 working days.

Condition of Carriage:

The supplying company has the right to refuse any person or carriage of an item if it deemed unsafe, or may be hazardous or cause discomfort to aircraft, crew, or passengers.

YACHTS:

Booking Policy:

Yachts can be booked on hourly, Daily, and weekly basis. All bookings need to be paid in advance to guarantee the booking. Additional charges (if any) at the time of operation can be arranged via Cash on delivery. Our site does both availability request and instant booking. Special bookings and additional requests that are enquired by the clients prior to their bookings are handled through email and Telephone operators. A valued client can expect an instant reply to their enquires either via telephone calls or emails. Instant bookings are done based on the availability of the Vessels. Any vessel shown available on the site are available for the valued client to be booked. The client can expect the exact yacht they have booked online at the time of arrival at the Yacht port. In circumstances that the Vessel has had an technical issue or the Site can not provide the booked yacht, the client should expect a similar or an upgraded vessel available for them without any additional charges (subject to the client’s consent).

Bad Weather:

In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the Vessel trip may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client. Vessel can be re-scheduled as agreed, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

Correct Information:

The client is responsible to provide the correct information while booking a Vessel trip. If the in-correct information is given, then the client may not be awarded with their trip.

Beverages:

All Charter Vessels include basic refreshments such as water, soft drinks and juices. Any additional desired beverages can be arranged with extra charges or brought by guests without any objection.

Car Rental:

General:

This online booking facility (whether the reservation is confirmed or not) does not constitute a contract for the supply of vehicle rental services. A contract will be entered at the time of rental delivery or pickup and will be governed by the law of United Arab Emirates. In the event the company is unable, or at its discretion declines to provide rental services, a full refund of the prepaid amount will be made. Once a Client enters into a contract with the car rental company, they accept to enter the terms and policies of that car rental company as Myride Middle East DMCC will not have any sort of liability towards the customer.

Any terms and conditions entered at time of pickup/delivery surpasses the terms and conditions of the Site, if contradict.

Insurance:

All cars listed on this website are provided with full insurance coverage (CDW) for the renters and its authorized drivers in accordance with automobile liability insurance policy.

Additional Driver:

A renter can appoint an additional driver at the time of pick up/delivery. Please note that an additional charge maybe applicable at the time of adding additional drivers. Please contact for details.

Late Return:

The renter should return the car at the promised date and time of return. Collection of the car can be arranged based on the type of booking. Late return of the car can occur with an extra charge of up to an additional day.

Kilometer Limit:

All cars should not exceed 250 KMS a day, 1500 KMS a week and 4000 KMS a month. An additional charge can be applicable if the renter exceeds the limited kilometers.

Accidents:

In the event of an accident or any other damage to the car, police must be called before the vehicle is moved. The police report and a repair slip are essential to be obtained. If a renter fails to collect the report from the police, then the repairing cost of the car may be applicable upon them based on the agreement entered at the time of pick or delivery.

Vehicle Color:

The color of the vehicles that is mentioned on the website do not guarantee the color of the vehicle at the time of delivery. The Site does not guarantee the exact color of the car booked. However, we will keep the preferences under consideration subject to availability.

Driving License:

All UAE Citizens and residents desire to rent a car must have a UAE valid driving license. Citizens and residence of all GCC countries can rent a car using their valid GCC license. Visitors from all other countries can rent a car using their international driving license. Visitors who are nationals and license holders from countries listed in table below can drive using their local license (Those licenses not in English, should be translated and attested).

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW):

The renter is responsible to acknowledge and accept the LDW terms and conditions as per stated in the rental contract with the car rental provider. In the case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter should accept the LDW options offered by the car rental provider to minimize their loss.

Delivery and collection:

All bookings with The Site are inclusive of delivery and collection services based on the selected options. A customer can choose to self-pick the car from the rental location as well. Irrespective of the mode of car handover method for car renting services, it is essential for a costumer to present their required documents uploaded online to the service person handing over the car.

Off-road and outside UAE:

All cars listed with The Site are not permitted to be driven outside UAE. All cars listed with The Site is not permitted to be driven off-road/ race/ or any other fun activity. A renter bears all the cost to any damage caused to the car.

Minor policy:

Minors under the age of 21 are not allowed to use The Site to hire cars or create an account for themselves. Age limits differ based on car categories, anyone under the age of 21 does not qualify under any category or rentals.

Information conflict:

In the event an information provided on the platform of The Site is not correct and does not reflect the booking person. The renter may not be awarded with their booking and the booking can be nonrefundable.

Limitation of Liability:

At the time of usage of this website, you agree that neither www.The Site nor its suppliers, shareholders, employees are liable to you, anyone claiming for you or under you as fiduciary for you or any third party for any direct or indirect incidental special exemplary punitive or other damages under any contract negligence strict liability or other law or loss of profit, loss data, loss business, interrupted communication, damages or any kind and/or direct or indirect expenses arising in connection with:

Use of this website including but not limited to damages, resulting or arising from your reliance on this website or any information or materials found on this website or hyperlinked from this website, omissions, interruptions, errors, defects, delays in operation, transmission, or eavesdropping by third parties or any failure of performance of this website.

Government restriction, striker, war, civil commotion, any natural disasters, terrorist activities, or force of majeure, power failure, large increases in online activity in short period of time, viruses catastrophic hardware failure, attacks on our server, fires, earthquakes, floods, unusually severe weather, or any other condition beyond reasonable control limiting preventing otherwise affecting your access to use this website or site material or our ability to provide products or services in connection with reversed through this website

Loss of security of information you have provided with your use of this website or inception of any such information by unauthorized third parties.

Refusal:

In case of a refusal or The Site fails to deliver the chosen car to the renter then is liable to refund the full amount to the renter for their convenience.

Refunds:

Myride Middle East is an online platform that connects the customers with their ideal cars available in the market. Once a customer enters a contract with the car rental company at the time of Pickup/Delivery they accept to follow and obey the terms and policies of that specific company including their refund policy. The company holds the responsibility towards the fund of a client until the moment a customer enters an agreement with the car rental company. Once entered Myride Middle East DMCC does not hold liability towards the funds of a customer as Myride Middle East forwards the funds to the Car rental company.

No Show:

In the scenario of the pick-up option if the booked vehicle is not collected within 1 hour of its collection time and no further notice has been provided by the renter, then a full payment is applicable and it is non-refundable.

In the scenario of the delivery option if the booked vehicle is not collected within 35 minutes of its collection time and no further notice has been provided or agreed, then the ful payment is applicable and it is non-refundable.

Deposits:

Myride Middle East is responsible only for the payments made online. It is to be known that a deposit is charged at the time of pickup/delivery based on the preference of the cars selected to the car rental company responsible for the delivery of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the costumer to check and be aware of the cost of each deposit applicable for each car at the time of booking as they may vary. Deposit can be paid in cash or through credit card or debit card based on preference of the car rental company. At the time of selection, each car will state the amount and type of deposit payment required. The deposit is fully refundable subject to traffic violations and accidents after 14 days-21 days of the from the date of return of the vehicle (kindly note that the deposit refund policy may vary based on the company delivering the vehicle.

Limousine and chauffeuring Hiring:

Refusal:

In case of a refusal or Myride fails to deliver the chosen car to the hirer then Myride is liable to refund the full amount to the renter for their convenience.

Wait Time and No Show:

Airport pick up bookings are eligible for a 60 minutes of free waiting time, where an additional 60 minutes are provided with the 50% cost price of the full hour. In case a costumer does not show after the 2 hours of waiting period, the booking will be considered as no show and full booking amount will be applicable and non-refundable.

Bookings that are made in the city have a 15 minute of free waiting period, after which 10% of the cost price will be applicable at each quarter. A maximum of 45 minutes of waiting time is acceptable after which the booking will be considered as no show and a full payment will be applicable and nonrefundable.
